Therapy Investment

Choosing a therapist is an investment in your well-being, relationships, and future. My goal is to provide personalized, trauma-informed care that is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and circumstances.

Individual Therapy

50-Minute Therapy Session: $175

Individual therapy sessions are tailored to your specific needs and may focus on trauma recovery, anxiety, emotional regulation, life transitions, relationship challenges, sports performance concerns, or other personal goals.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

ART Session (60-90 Minutes): $225

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidence-based, solution-focused approach designed to help individuals process trauma, anxiety, distressing memories, performance blocks, grief, phobias, and other challenges.

Most ART clients begin with a 50-minute intake session followed by one or more ART sessions.

ART sessions typically range from 60-90 minutes. The fee remains the same regardless of session length, allowing us to focus on the work rather than the clock.

Initial Intake Session

50-Minute Intake Session: $175

During the intake session, we will discuss your concerns, goals, relevant history, and determine the most appropriate treatment approach for your needs.

Insurance

Medicaid Services

I accept Medicaid for individual therapy services provided to teens involved in the juvenile justice system.

Conctact me to inquire about coverage under your individual medicaid plan.

Private Pay Services

All other services are private pay.

Payment is due at the time of service.

Many clients choose private-pay therapy because it offers greater flexibility, privacy, and control over treatment decisions.

Private-pay therapy allows us to focus on your individual needs rather than insurance requirements regarding diagnoses, session limits, or treatment approaches.

Out-of-Network Benefits

If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement.

Upon request, I can provide a superbill for you to submit directly to your insurance company.

You may wish to ask your insurance provider:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

  • What percentage of services will be reimbursed?

  • Do I have an out-of-network deductible?

  • Have I met my deductible?

  • Is there a limit to the number of sessions covered each year?

  • Do I need preauthorization for outpatient mental health services?

Benefits of Working With an Out-of-Network Provider

Many clients appreciate the freedom that comes with private-pay therapy, including:

  • Greater confidentiality

  • More flexibility in treatment planning

  • The ability to choose the therapeutic approach that best fits their needs

  • Fewer restrictions on session frequency and duration

  • Access to care without requiring a mental health diagnosis in some situations

Payment Methods

I accept:

  • Credit cards

  • Debit cards

  • Health Savings Account (HSA) cards

  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards

  • Cash

  • Checks

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

If you need to make a change, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Missed Appointments

Each client receives one missed appointment waiver per calendar year.

Additional missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged the full session fee.

Consistent attendance helps support progress and allows appointment times to remain available for all clients seeking care.
